Where do you ship?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping duration can vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. Please note that unforeseen customs or logistical delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

How is the perfume packaged to prevent breakage?

We treat your purchase with the utmost care. Each bottle is secured within reinforced packaging and ample cushioning to ensure its pristine arrival.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Damaged Bottle: If the bottle itself arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, please contact us immediately at jubihauscontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged bottle and its packaging.

Damaged Packaging: Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging (the box, wrapping, or insert) that may occur during transit.

Orders, returns, exchanges

Can I return a bottle if the seal has been broken?

Regrettably, for reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, used, or removed from their protective sealing.

What is your return policy for unopened products?

We accept returns of products in their original, pristine, and sealed condition within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. However, we do request that the original packaging must be sealed and intact.

How do I initiate a return?

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please drop us an email at jubihauscontact@gmail.com ASAP with your order number.

We will gladly process the cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not yet been processed and shipped out. Unfortunately, once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to intercept or cancel it.

Are the perfumes you offer your own signature brand?

No, these perfumes are not our own brand. We operate as authorized international distributors, working directly with the perfume houses themselves.

Every brand we feature is vetted, carefully sourced, and curated according to our strict ethical and sustainable guidelines. This direct partnership ensures that we can bring their unique creations from their local market to you internationally. Rest assured, every bottle is 100% authentic.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT)?

The key distinction lies in the concentration of perfume oil. EDP is the richer choice (15-20% oil), offering impressive longevity and depth, lasting around 6-8 hours. EDT is a lighter, more refreshing application (5-15% oil), perfect for daytime or warmer weather, lasting around 4-5 hours.

Do you offer samples or discovery sets?

Yes. We provide curated discovery sets for you to experience the scent's unique development on your skin before committing to a full bottle, or to use as a mini travel fragrance!

What are "Fragrance Notes" (Top, Middle, Base)?

Fragrances are structured in three stages. Top Notes are the initial, vibrant impression. Middle (Heart) Notes define the true character of the scent as the top fades. Base Notes are the rich, long-lasting anchor of the fragrance.

Why does perfume sometimes smell different on me than on a strip/my friend?

This is the beautiful magic of individual body chemistry. Factors like your skin's pH balance and warmth act as unique modifiers, subtly altering how the fragrance notes express themselves on you.

What is the ideal way to store my perfume?

To preserve its character, always store your bottle in a cool, dry, and dark environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes (like a bathroom cabinet).
